Burton’s Indiana Jones and the Terrain Park of Doom 2011

This is the final stop in the Zero to Hero series, with the overall winner gaining Free Entry to the 2011 Burton NZ Open slopestyle. But for the rest there will be lots of great spot prizes and good fun event to enter if its your first or 100th competition.

The comp will be run as a Jam format to start with, with the Top 15 selected from this to move on to a 2 run final in the afternoon (best run counts format).

Registration will be from 9-10am and will be held on the day in the Snow Park NZ retail store (next to ticket office). Comp entry fee is $20. Parents consent WILL be required at registration or to sign the attached form for submission at registration Burton Junior Slopestyle 2011 – Event Pack

The event will be held on features especially sized to suit Junior riders. Open to amateur riders only with age groups as per national points tour/ttr:

  • 12.35pm - Rookies Jam – 45 mins
  • 1.30pm Judges Announce Top 15 – top 5 from each Jam (@Woolshed)
  • 1.45pm – 3.00pm Final–2Run -Top15
  • 4.00pm Prize Giving (@ Woolshed)

Grommets (9 and under) born in 2002 or after
Youth (10 – 13) 2001 – 1998
Juniors (14 – 16) 1997 -1995
Rookies (17 – 20) 1994 -1991
Date of birth is calculated from Jan 1..
(We may combine the females catagories depending on entry numbers)
