Volcom’s Peanut Butter and Rail Jam (PRJB) kicks off this September the 11th. It’s everything that’s good about hitting the snow with friends, fun and free stuff jammed into one action packed day! We want you there and we you want you looking good.
The event kicks off at 10am so if you’re competing, it’s strongly advised you get down and register by 9.00 AM.The wise advice: get there early. If you’ve been to the PBRJ before you’ll be in for a few pleasant surprises if this is your first time, you’ll be in for a lot more. Directions for the park are here. And if you’re under 18 yrs you’ll need a parent or guardian to sign you off and the form for that is here. You’ll need to bring this when you register or you’ll be sitting on the side lines cursing your inablilty to read a flyer form start to finish.
There are three divisions
PBRJ is a free contest for the kids and is a part of The Let The Kids Ride Free program a grass roots effort that has infiltrated local, regional and international areas with FREE surfing,skateboarding and snowboarding contests.These events are for kids of all ages to express their talent, gain contest experience, have agood time, eat for FREE. These events are about giving back to the surf, skate, snow communities and making it possible for kids without sponsorship or money to compete to have go. Kids will be able to express their talent at a local and national level and will push the next generation to becomes better than the last.
